Steven Fink

Steven began his career in the conferencing industry in 1988 by opening the New York office of ConferTech International, Inc., an OEM and service provider based in Denver, Colorado. In seven years there, he oversaw the growth of that business from $3 million to more than $50 million in annual sales. During that time, Steven was a pioneer in the development of conferencing service applications for the Investor Relations/Financial Communications marketplace. He has extensive experience in the coordination of shareholder/media related communications for publicly held companies.
Prior to founding MessageBank to provide "event" conferencing services in 1998, Steven was a managing partner of The Castle Group, Inc., a software consulting firm specializing in the implementation of Customer Relationship Management solutions for mid-market companies. Steven received a bachelor’s degree from Franklin & Marshall College in 1987 and an MBA from Fordham University in 1995.

Ken joined MessageBank in April 2002 as Vice President of Business Development. Ken is responsible for the development and implementation of channel partnerships, IR sales and marketing, and corporate development strategy. Before coming to MessageBank, Ken was an associate in the Investment Banking Division at Merrill Lynch. Ken completed graduate coursework in financial analysis and accounting at New York University and holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History and Finance.

Sarah joined the company in 2012. During her 18 year career, she has provided clients across many industry sectors with a range of unified communications and collaboration services. Most recently, while with Verizon’s Business/Enterprise Solutions Group, Sarah supported the Fortune 1000 business community with the implementation and deployment of multimedia solutions on a global basis. Prior to that, she was with Cendant Corporation where she managed the company’s audio and web-conferencing applications for internal and external communications requirements. Sarah has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Centenary College.
